Release 5.6b is scheduled to be Released for Sage 200c VIP on 22 April 2021

This is a mandatory update for all Sage Self Service and Mobile Payslips.

The following SETA Specific Reports have been updated for the 2020 - 2021 submission year:

• RSA: SETA Specific Reports 2021-2021
  • BankSeta: Date on the cover sheet has been removed.
  • CHIETA: Bio-data sheet – Citizenship now exports country.
  • Foodbev: Date on the cover sheet has been removed.
  • MQA: WSP sheet adjusted.
  • SASSeta: Date on the cover sheet has been removed.

Note: No changes have been made to any of the other reports.

What is important for you to know before you install Release 5.6b?

Check that you are currently on Release 5.6a before installing Release 5.6b.

Refer to Sage city post: Have you updated your payroll to Release 5.6a?

*** Important notice for Premier HR and Premier ESS (Total Solutions) users ***

• The Premier ESS and Premier HR update software will only be available on 22 April 2021.
• All Total Solution users should update Premier Payroll to Release 5.6b only once the Premier ESS 10.6 and Premier HR 21.4.0.1 software becomes available on 22 April 2021.

Note: If you update your Premier Payroll to Release 5.6b while Premier ESS and HR are on incompatible releases, integrations will fail resulting in failed transactions and manual corrections due to incompatibility.
