The total NSSA(NPS) contribution rate is currently 7%. The new rate is 9%, which is split equally between the employee and employer.

The maximum pensionable salary is currently ZWL700 and has been increased to the new limit of ZWL5 000.

According to NSSA, the effective date is 1 June 2020.
