The Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) has created an online system for TERS applications.

Please see link below to access the online system.

https://uifecc.labour.gov.za/covid19/

The users can either apply using the online system or email [email protected] as per previous communications from DoEL.

The online system gives the user the option to upload the required CSV file, or they can load each employee manually by completing the required fields as displayed by the online system.

Ensure that you use the latest C19 TERS Report from Sage when uploading your submission file

Please note that employers must apply for TERS online at https://uifecc.labour.gov.za/covid19/

Employers can no longer apply for TERS via email.
