The Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) recently made the C19 TERS export report template available in order to extract information for the payroll. (see original post here)

The Sage development teams are awaiting confirmation for certain fields on the report, which was not specifically defined in the report requirements..

In order to address the request of customers, an interim report solution is now available for users for customers to extract and submit to DoEL.

Take note that this report extracts the requested information via ODBC.

The report solution provides options to select specific fields to you extraction selections. If you decide to make use of this reporting solution, it will be responsibility of the employer to confirm it with the DoEL that the information submitted is correct.

You can request the report by completing a web form (Select "ODBC Reporting"  as the module/feature, and refer to the C19 TERS report in your request)

The report and necessary help notes to run the report will be sent via e-mail to you.

Update 09/04/2020

Changes to the C19 TERS export layout was received 08/04/2020 by Sage which is different form the original file layout provided by the Department of Labour. We are currently making the necessary changes to the export report solution, to be in line with the amendments.

We will advise you here on Sage City as soon as the latest version becomes available.

If you have already received the report you will be notified when the new version is available.

Please take note that the DoEL has not provided final clarity on all the fields of the C19 TERS submission file, and therefore, this file is subject to change.
