Payroll Mid-Year: 24/7 Resources and Information

In preparation for the SARS Employer Mid-year Reconciliation (EMP501) due 31 October 2019, the Customer Service teams have implemented all possible measures to ensure our customers who require support are assisted.

We do anticipate, however, that our traditional telephonic and email support channels will be significantly impacted by the query volumes, extending the hold and response times you experience.

What tools are available?

Explore our latest support channel, the Sage Mid-year Centre, to get immediate and 24-hour access to all the information you will need to complete your Mid-year-end and the Interim EMP501 reconciliation:
