When must Release 5.3a be installed?
- All users must install Release 5.3a in September or October 2019.
- The update must be installed before final payments have been made and reports have been printed. We recommend to install in a new pay period.
- This is a compulsory update for all users.

- You must be on Release 5.2a or 5.2b or 5.2c.
Where can I download the software?
- Log onto the Customer Zone and select the applicable product from the Update menu option, to access the software
Should Premier HR or Premier ESS users install Release 5.3a?
- All Premier HR and Premier Employee Self Service users must also update their Premier HR and Premier ESS systems respectively to the latest versions, to ensure smooth integration with Premier Payroll Release 5.3a.
- The updates for Premier Payroll, Premier HR and/or Premier ESS systems must be loaded consecutively.
How do I know if the software for Release 5.3a has been installed successfully?
- The release number version will be displayed at the top of the Company Listing Screen.
