Good Day City,
I am getting the below error when running a report on SMART reports. The application can launch successfully but when you run a report, the error pops up;
Resolutions attempted;
- Reinstalling the VIP Premier + SMART Reporting
- Copying DLL files onto the System32 & SysWOW64 folders
- Confirming that client is on MS Office Professional (2013), 32bit
- UAC is set to "Never Notify"
- Apply changes in ODBC
- Confirming that ODBC licensing is valid
- Restart the PC
- Repair MS Office
- Reinstall the Sage Connected service + Runtime
- Searched for solutions on the City & ZA-KB links
In essence, I have exhausted all my options. What could be the problem?
