EMPLOYEE NOT APPEARING ON YTD+ COSTING REPORT (SMART REPORT)

Hi,

I have an employee that is not appearing on the YTD+ Costing report.  When I run the MTD+ costing the employee is appearing.

This employee's staff number was modified as she left and returned.  I modified her previous employee number by adding a T (048T) and imported her details into VIP using the flexi import with employee number (048). 

When running the YTD the 048T employee number is appearing on the report with no values, but no employee 048?

    To assist use in investigating this query further can you print a 12 month report from your payroll. Click on Reports > reports and maintenance. Confirm that both records (084T and 084) appear on the 12 month report with correct data.

    Please apply changes to your ODBC configurations as well.
