Sage Portal - Unable to log in at all

Hi all,

I have been trying to log into the Sage Portal in order for me to download the latest software update (5.7a). However, I have been trying to log in but keeps on saying that the information is incorrect that it needs to be reset but when I do try and reset it, it says it's invalid.

I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me or advise me as to how to go about this.

This is extremely frustrating.
