System Update and SDL

Hi there,

My company was in the February processing period when our VIP premier update was run, It should have been in March.

With it being in the February period and no stop further entry was enabled, my SDL figures has almost doubled.

How do I go about importing my SDL differences for February when I'm already rolled over into March and my March processing has already been done ?

Please Click Here to access the Knowledge Base article to make changes to the SDL to revert back to the values before the update ran. The changes will be made in the Feb 2021 copy system so your Live payroll should not be affected.
