Kindly confirm whether the IRP5 file is still in the applicable copy system directory.  If the file is not in the directory, you will not be able to use the Certificate Reprints option.

The other possible reason for the IRP5 certificate not to print, would be that there is no Live run has been completed on this company. This can be checked on the Basic Company information screen.
