I have downloaded my EMP501 and certificates from E@syfile onto my laptop but cannot open to view them or print them?

I found that if you are using an enterprise version of any PDF viewer these normally give you the "Please wait" error. Try using Adobe Reader and not opening the files in any browsers.
Turns out the problem is with Easyfile, when you export the files from Easyfile it comes through as an error and nothing in the file. Problem is all of SARS is working from home and when I phoned they knew nothing about it!

I have the same problem.
I see the system requirement is to have Java 7 and I have Java 8 on my PC - could that be what's causing the problem?
Might uninstalling and re-installing e@syfile not solve the problem?
At last managed to get hold of someone at SARS, you do have to uninstall Easyfile and reload it from the SARS database. You also need JAVA 7 loaded, am now able to view and export the certificates!!
