ESS Assistance needed

Hi All,

My ESS system is all of a sudden giving the following error message when trying to log on.

User with EssIdentifier "(removed)" could not be validated to Premier Payroll. Click on the button to email the Premier ESS Administrator with your error message

I am the administrator, how do I fix this issue?

    Kindly log into VIP into the company and click SelfService>ESS>ESS employee screen>click on the employee and make sure the user has the same ESS identifier as in Premier ESS. If in VIP it prompts with message stating this employee is linked to another company you can then proceed to link up the user.
