To access the payslip setup from the main menu, click on Reports, select Payslip Setup, select New/History Payslip Setup. You will see multiple tabs with the different selections that you can customise to your choosing.

The below is fine customizing Heading, fields. We required feedback on the complete redesign of the layout of the payslip. By all accounts it seems this is not possible at present.
