Good afternoon
I am trying to process my interim IRP5's but it will let me. A staff member absconded in the middle of March 2020.
According to our contracts if you do not give a months notice we can a months notice from your salary. This resulted in his earnings being in the minus. Hence the error message when trying to complete my run.
I cannot change his earnings surely as that would then make it incorrect? Has anyone else had this problem and know how to get around this?
