Hi Zamir,

I will have to get remote access to get more information on the underlying problem. Installing ESS to the incorrect folder normally causes this issue and then SQL and the ESS application will have to be reconfigured,  so ESS is in sync with VIP Premier.

This could be due to a misconfiguration such as SQL not linked to Premier  ESS and this  will have to be checked.

or it could be due to the Premier ESS Payroll Comms and Premier ESS Process Services that have not started on the server.
