Release 5.5a Update - ETI

SUGGESTED

Good evening,

We updated to release 5.5a this evening, and reran the midyear test run out of September.

We received no error when we created the file on VIP Premier, however when we import the test run into Easyfile (version 7.0.7), we fail the test run due to the following errors:

Monthly Calculated ETI (7004): If Year of Assessment (3025) is 2021 and ETI Month (7006) is 04, 05, 06 or 07 and ETI qualifying 12 month cycle indicator (7005) is 1 or 2, then value MUST be greater than zero (0.00), (YoA3025=2021, 7004=593.84, ETI Month 7006=05, Age=35, 7009=NOT COMPLETED, 7005=1)

If I open the file that we exported out of VIP Premier in notepad for the specific colleagues, it looks as follows:

7006,"03",7005,0,7007,000.0000,7002,0.00,7003,0.00,7008,0.00,7004,0.00,7006,"04",7005,3,7007,160.0000,7002,4516.78,7003,20.76,7008,21.10,7004,743.70,7006,"05",7005,1,7007,160.0000,7002,4916.41,7003,20.76,7008,21.10,7004,593.84,7006,"06",7005,1,7007,160.0000,7002,3943.07,7003,20.76,7008,21.10,7004,750.00,7006,"07",7005,3,7007,160.0000,7002,4372.45,7003,20.76,7008,21.10,7004,750.00,7006,"08",7005,0,7007,000.0000,7002,0.00,7003,0.00,7008,0.00,7004,0.00,9999

There will be no 7009, as this is the SEZ Code, and these companies did not fall within a SEZ Area, according to the last release, the SEZ code was not apllicable for colleagues above the age of 30 to 65, employed prior to October 2013 and if they fell within cycle 3? And why does the file show 7005 (cycle indicator) for 05 (May) as 1? If I go into our May copy company, the cycle indicator was 3, and not 1. We have the same error for 06 above, it shows as 1 and not 3, but shows as 3 on the system? However 04 shows as 3 and 07 shows as 3 on the file and the system?

Is this a SARS issue, or an update issue? If so, how do we correct it, as we are currently getting 7533 lines of failure reports, all with the exact same decription, which relates to  7006=05, Age=35, 7009=NOT COMPLETED, 7005=1 & 7006=06, Age=35, 7009=NOT COMPLETED, 7005=1 (May & June)

Please advise asap.

Thank you

Kind Regards

Roesché
