eti after 5.4c update

Question

after the update to 5.4c the ETI amounts for Apr 20 have gone very high and some also in a negative, this has also affected staff under 29 
 please help to rectify

 Please refer to this article for more details - there is an identified issue on the initial Release 5.4c software which has been corrected, however there are some steps to follow to rectify the incorrect ETI amounts.
