Sage VIP Classic ETI periods for employees repeating or missing

We received a error on a couple of employees when importing the VIP file into e@syfile relating to the 1st and 2nd period ETI claims as discussed in this link https://www.sagecity.com/za/sage-vip-payroll-hr-south-africa/sage-200c-vip-year-end-centre/w/year-end-articles/2285/if-eti-qualifying-12-month-period-indicator-code-7005-is-2-then-if-monthly-calculated-eti-code-7004-cannot-be-greater-than-r500-for-eti-month-xx

On further inspection we noticed that ETI periods were either skipped or repeated months, for example on one employee who started on 18 March 2019, March was correctly shown as Period 1 Month 1 on the ETI screen, all the ETI months for period 1 was correct, up until October 2019 which showed period 1 month 9 on the ETI screen instead of month 8.

November shows as month 10, December as 11, January & February 2020 are both shown as Period 2 Month 1.

Period 2 Month 1 should have been March 2020.

This seems to be on the employees for which we received the e@syfile error as mentioned above, the remaining employees are all fine and the ETI months and period follow the correct sequence.
