how to update data on ESS

Hello,

Kindly advise on how should we proceed on updating ESS Leave changes for below companies. 
Attached is the file which contains current leave options (green table) and the new leave options (Blue table) we need to implement. 


Moreover, how this should be linked on Sage Vip as you told me on the query summited that it start from VIP first ?

    Hi Yara,

    The leave line will have to be configured in payroll.
    Once configured, it will automatically be available on ESS.

    Before you make the changes to the leave lines, ensure that there are no workflows in progress.
    All pending transactions must first be actioned before making any changes to leave lines.

    Take the ESS site offline by stopping the two ESS services on the server.
    The services are Premier ESS Payroll Comms and Premier ESS Process service.

    You are welcome to let us know if we can assist you with taking the ESS site offline.
    The reason why we the website have to e taken offline is so that no transactions are submitted while configuring the leave lines.

    Please note that ESS will be offline while you are adding the leave lines.
    You can bring the ESS site online again once all the changes have been made.
