Hi,
I am finding VIP unbelievably slow at the moment. I have been on the system for over an hour and only been able to process4 staff. Normally I could do 50 in an hour.
The call center told me do a rebuild through CMD, I have also restarted the server and all the computers, I have made sure it is reading from V: and not the server.
The consultant I spoke to said they were at the office until 7pm but you cannot call them as the switchboard is off.
Please help I am about to through the computer out of the window.
