Good day. When printing the History payslips there are various selections or tick box options. Depending on what the client is licensed for you need to tick the relevant boxes and sometimes it is process of elimination to determine what needs to be selected. If you are a 100% sure you are making the correct selections and it still says no payslips to display, we need to ensure payslips were in fact printed for that period as payslips need to be printed in every period for the payslip to save for history payslip printing. If they did, it is possible that the data file in which stores that information was either damaged and lost the information or it was replaced during a rebuild.
