Users are required to make a Copy of their system as at the end of February, to generate the tax certificates and submission files to SARS.

On Sage 200c VIP, you click on Copy on the Landing page, to start the process.

If you do not have a Copy option on the Landing Page:

• You are working on a workstation, and not where the system is installed - ensure to have access to the server where the application is installed
• You do not have rights according to the original installation - if you should have access to the functions, you can click here to follow the steps to give access a user to Instance Maintenance
