Hello SAGE city.
I have created an external link for accessing SAGE from outside our network but it does not work except when in VPN. It does not show any errors but rather, loads the first screen which prompts you to download desktop version. After downloading and installing, when you try to launch it, the screen just sort of freezes and becomes blank. My question is, since the app is browser based, shouldn't it be able to work outside an internal network without the need for VPN? Below is the link you may try to access to see what I mean.
