I started with Payroll on the cycle 10-16 March 2023. Can I go back to start from beginning of tax year 3-9 March 2023

    Thank you for your Sage City  Post.

    U fortunately, once a cycle has been created with a wrong period start date it cannot be deleted, or the system will not allow you to rollback.

    Therefore, you will need to create a New cycle and select 03/03/02023 as your start date.

    Then you will need to reload all the employees in the March cycle, and process March, roll over to April, process April, and you will do that until you are in your current period. 

    Kindly Click HERE for the attached link that will guide on how to create or add a new cycle

    Once you have created the March cylce, you will need to terminate the employees in the old cycle, and close that cycle.
