    Good day Silindile,

    Thank you for your post.

The report will show how many employees are below the limit and what the total of all those employees' earnings for that month is.

Then it shows you how many employees are over the limit - it shows you the actual earnings that are over the earnings and then it applies the monthly OID limit (484200/12 = 40350) and then it multiplies the values by the number of employees that received more than this amount for the period.

You will have to submit is the total of all 4 columns. But I do not know what the OID submission looks like, but I think it will have a part for employee’s values and a part for the directors’ values (you can always print and combine the report to Excel):

We can only advise on how to retrieve the OID report from the payroll system, we cannot advise which amounts you need to submit.

The OID report contains all the required totals to submit and if you require assistance with the submission or any further information regarding the compensation fund you will need to contact the compensation fund.

You can contact them on 0860 105 350 / 0800 321 322 or send your enquiries to: [email protected]

    Regards,
