i have loaded a new employee and ticked the box for mobility and self-service. this happened on Monday 15 May. today, the employee is still not showing up on Sage self service portal to do a password reset. please advise.

Once the employee has been activated for Self Service and Mobility, you must upload the employee to crate the online profile.
