EASYFILE PDF Error

Question

Good day 
 I am struggling with viewing and printing the EMP501 on EASYFILE before submission. Keep on getting error "PDF cannot be displayed. Error code Adobe Reader is detected but version is too old" 
 I have uninstalled and again downloaded EASYFILE and Adobe Reader from SARS website numerous times. Problem persists. 
 Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Merilyn. 
 I hope this finds you well. 
 It could probably be that the PDF requires an update. however you can follow the steps below to resolve this.

Why does it say PDF Cannot be displayed?

Try resetting the display preference in your browser to clear up the viewing issue . 
 In Reader or Acrobat. 
 Right-click the document window, and choose Page Display Preferences. 
 From the list at left, select Internet. 
 Deselect Display PDF in browser, and then click OK.
