Thank you, I followed the steps but the report only pulled the total leave balance. The rate per day and the Leave Provision columns are blank. is it because we are still new and just bought the system a month ago.

The Rate per Day on the Provisions report refers to the BCEA Termination Rate, which is viewed on the BCEA screen per employee.
If no values is currently populating on he report, it indicates that the BCEA setup has not been completed as yet, to calculate the BCEA Rate per Day.
For assistance in setting you BCEA calculations, we recommend to contact your Business Partner consultant for assistance in setting this up, or customising the Provisions report if necessary if a different rate should be used.
