Good day GS. You will first have to make sure that all companies have the same PAYE ref number, then follow these instructions:

From the Company Listing screen:

• Click on Options
• Group Companies
• Select a Group Letter and enter a Group Name
• Use the Link Companies button to select which companies must be linked to this new group
• Close

Reports may now be Grouped or Consolidated as required.

Then from there you access your reports and maintenance page, select the required report and make selections as needed.
