E@syfile error on version 7.1.5 update

Question

Good Day, 
 I have done an update on E@syFile to version 7.1.5. I am able to create a IRP5 that needed to be amended, however when I go to resubmit the EMP501 I get the following error message: "Unable to locate e@syFile Forms Viewer, Please make sure e@syFile Forms Viewer has been installed before attempting this operation again." 
 I have updated and installed the following programs already, Java, Adobe and 7-Zip. 
 Has anyone else experienced the same and what were you solutions to amend the error?

I saw on another forum that the following was suggested: 
 
 Open e@syFile and 
 Go to Utilities 
 Select System Configuration 
 Click on Install next to e@yFile Forms Viewer Application 
 
 Please comment if this solution resolved the issue on case other community members get the same issue in the future.
