Seriously how long does it take to answer a very simple question?

Please advise on my answer urgently, I asked 5 hours ago and still no answer.

That is an interesting question, but this discussion falls out of the Sage Customer Support guidelines.

There are many factors that could play a role in this situation and while other Sage City members may still offer input, I would like to invite you to work with your Business partner or tax practitioner for assistance with all labour related questions.
