HI Charlotte, Yes I had the issue - it seems to be a problem with the old/new form population of data and the system in some instances are not able to read the data properly. All you need to do is just amend any of the month's ETI utilised values on the ETI recon sheet down by R0.01 and it then pulls through.

Morning Avril - hope you are well. The solution is to access the ETI recon section on the EMP501 declaration on e@syFile and then go to the ETI utilised column. Choose one with cents and change the cents down with R0.01. I know in some instances you might need to do a few months before it works. Once you do this it pulls the ETI value to the main declaration. Hope this helps!
