Hi,

SSS has been setup for a client we have the following queries:

1. Only annual leave is pulling through on the employee side. Is there something that we are missing for the rest of the leave lines that have been setup?
2. Is it possible to setup reporting to managers for leave applications and approvals?

    Hi Jackie,

    1) Sage Self Service will display leave types, and not leave lines when applying for leave. If you have multiple leave lines with the same type (for example Annual and Accrued Annual linked to type A), the leave balance for both lines will be displayed and the sequencing on the leave lines will determine how the transactions posted will be applied.

    2) Approval for leave transactions will be according to the Default Approval Structure, or setting a an approval workflow through Workflow Management, where a manager can be linked to an approval group. All employees will need to be linked to the correct approval groups.

    You will also be able to refer to the Self Service training manual available on Sage University to provide more guidance on the setup.
