Good day Vanessa. Do you get any messages when trying to upload? We have had many clients using our report and managed to upload it successfully.

If we upload we get this:

1 -  Employee details has been successfully loaded. You will receive and email when the TERS application is processed.

2 - Employer not yet captured. If CSV file is sent, The file was invalid and hence failed loading. Please resend the file.

We are on the latest TERS version, as per SAGE notification.... 

All other uploads before the 29th April were successful and client's have already paid out.

Good day Vanessa. Is this the first time you are uploading for this specific company or are you uploading again? I will see if I can find more information for you as to what the message means.

All uploads (various companies) are just not uploading after Thursday last week.... tried the same clients again yesterday, same errors.

Have to load each staff member manually. For the smaller clients this is fine, but our bigger clients, this just isn't productive right now.

Morning Vanessa. Please give me your email address so that I can get into touch with you directly. I would like to have a look at the file you are importing to ensure the layout is correct. Many of our clients are using the file created by the payroll system and have uploaded it successfully.

I am having the exact same problem, I get the successfully uploaded message and when I login again it says employer not yet captured.

Hi Claire. As I just communicated to Vanessa on email. Unless the format of the file is incorrect, our resources are very limited in terms of what happens AFTER the file has been uploaded on the online portal. I would suggest you contact the DoEL as they are the only ones that can check on their side what the reason could be for the message. I hope you have the matter resolved soon. Sorry we are not able to provide more guidance.

I am also having the same issue. I tried phoning but I assume they don't work over the weekend.

Hi there, It is frustrating I know, but the best advice I have is to type out your staff manually (use the TERS report as your guide). We did this, successfully submitted and paid out within a few days.

Good day Mandini. Unless there is an issue with the actual layout of the CSV file, it should import successfully. You are more than welcome to provide me with your email address, I will email you and you can send me a copy of your file to review. If we do not see any issues with the layout of the file, you will need to reach out to the DoEL for assistance.

Good day Salome. As confirmed on email, your file layout is incorrect as it contains additional characters that should not be there.
