How do I upload a company logo to print on a payslip?

Payroll Professional allows you to print a logo on your payslip.

The logo file can either be rectangular or square, and the logo file type can be .bmp, .jpg, .png or .gif.

Sizes for best results:

  • Square 100 x 100
  • Rectangular 154 x 46

How to upload the logo file:

  • Access your payroll company
  • Click on Company
  • Click on Miscellaneous
  • Click on Miscellaneous 3
  • Click on "choose a file"  or drag the file, and click on the "upload" button

The payslip logo is not available on the User Defined Payslip option.

A watermark can also be uploaded to appear on the payslips.

    Hi Audrek,

    The secure payslip setup currently only allows the logo to be printed on both the fixed and the secure header, and there is unfortunately no option to only print it for example on the secure header only.

    You are welcome to submit your request to change this feature:

    • User the "Share your ideas" option from the Help menu in your payroll
    • Submit a webform/online case requesting a change to an existing feature.
