This issue has been resolved and services have been restored. User are now able to login and access Payroll Professional.

We are aware that users are unable to log into the Sage account to access the payroll application.
When a user logs in with their valid login details, the following message displays:
The issue will also affect new user invites and migrations to Payroll Professional.
