SARS has released an updated version of e@syFile Employer, and is available to download. Click here to visit the website, download the latest software and read more about the latest release.

When you access your SARS application, you will be prompted with a selection to either update the software or not.

Note: Selection of update to version 7.1.1 must please only be done where manual capturing is required for ETI in respect of any employee with a date of birth post 1999

The CSV file imports are correct and are accepted and processed for ETI for employees with a date of birth post 1999.

The e@syFile application must always be on the latest version applicable (the application will advise you that a new version is available if connected to the internet), in order to submit your reconciliation to SARS. 

Take note that any resubmissions on the new version will apply the new validations according to Business Requirement Specification V19.5.
