We are aware that some employers have received TERS letters dated 06/04/2021.

The letter was sent to all employers registered for TERS earlier this month related to claims on the online portal.

The information outlined in the letter has no impact on the payroll system, the only new information in this letter is just explaining that the claim code 2, 3 and 4 will open on 13/04/2021 and what process must be followed, which is a manual process (direct capture on the TERS system) and the employer cannot use the CSV template (template can only be used for claim code 1).
