We are aware that users are experience a looping issue when logging into the Self Service website (ess.sagesouthafrica.co.za) and mobile applications.
This will also affect any synchronisation from the payroll application.
Our team is currently investigating the issue and will get back to us as soon as they have further information.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
