RESOLVED: Known issue on Release 5.5b: Errors when printing or viewing payslips on the Employee Payslip Information screen (PS)

The issue has now been resolved and users will not experience the error messages when printing or previewing payslips on the Emloyee Payslip Information screen.

We have become aware that the following error messages are experienced when either making a print screen or printing a payslip from the Employee Payslip Information screen  (PS) on Release 5.5b:

  • Error message "AcuBenchPrint.dll: Program missing or inaccessible" when making a Print Screen from the Employee Payslip Information screen

  • Error message "Passed USING item (#1) smaller than corresponding LINKAGE item" when Printing the Payslip from the Employee Payslip Information screen

The Sage Product Delivery team has recorded the issue which will be addressed as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Interim solution suggestion

We recommend to print the payslips from Payslip Printing menu option.

  • From the Main Menu, select Reports > Payslips > Payslip Printing
  • Your can enter the employee criteria (e.g. employee code) to only view or print the payslip for the specific employee
