Our services teams have been made aware of an incident that is affecting customers using the Netcash ACB layout for payment. Please see the details below :
Issue:
When running the Netcash ACB export from payroll, the error message "Error Posting Payment records to server" appears onscreen. The ACB file is unable to upload to the Netcash servers.
Next Steps:
- The technical team is working to resolve the issue to allow uploads between payroll and Netcash.
- The work-around for the issue is to download the ACB file to your local computer and to manually upload the file on the Netcash site.
