Technical issue: Delays in receiving Sage ID access invite and Sage Self Service emails

We have become aware of an issue affecting the email notifications of Payroll Professional Sage ID access invites and Sage Self Service new user invites.

The Sage technical teams are currently investigating the issue to resolve this as soon as possible.
