Users unable to sign-in to view articles on Sage Knowledgebase

We have become aware that some users are experiencing difficulty to login to view content of articles on the Sage Knowledgebase.

When you click on the sign in button when viewing an article, the process does not continue to allow you to login

 

Our vendors are currently investigating this issue to resolve it as soon as possible.

We do apologies for any inconvenience. 

As work-around, we recommend that you sign in from the main page (www.sagekb.com), before searching and viewing content on the Knowledgebase.
