The Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) has published a new TERS FAQ document and a TERS Solution User Guide.

These documents contain more information on how the TERS benefit is calculated, which employees and employers qualify for the benefit and how to submit online.

They are also advising employers who have submitted manually to submit again using the online system.
