Important Notice for Sage Self Service and Mobile Payslip users

Sage will discontinue the support for TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.0 and 1.1 protocols, like most of the Browser Engines at the end of 2020 (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera).

To ensure there are no interruptions when using Sage Connected Services and Sage Self Service, we will be enabling TLS 1.2 where necessary. The TLS protocol aims primarily to provide privacy and data integrity between two or more communicating computer applications.

As indicated previously, Payroll and Sage Self Service users as well as Mobile Payslip users must ensure they are on the latest version of their Payroll application before 6 July 2021.

The old and new TLS versions will still apply during June 2021. The older TLS versions will then be completely turned off on 6 July 2021!

If payroll has not been updated by then, payslips will not be uploaded to the cloud.

With the Sage Self Service Release on 02/06/2021, a reminder has been added in the product, to warn the ADMIN user, when they log in, that they must check the release of their Payroll application.
