Technical issue: Delays in receiving Sage Self Service invite emails

We have become aware of an issue affecting the email notifications Sage Self Service is sending out.  This affects New User invites, leave notifications and Support access emails.

The Sage technical teams are currently investigating the issue to resolve this as soon as possible.

An update will be posted here as soon as more information becomes available.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • This issue has arose again and our Live Services Team are working on a resolution.  

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will give feedback once it is available

  • The email issue is still ongoing - the emails for Self Service has been pushed through a different mail server and this should allow for the emails to be received sooner.

    Our LSM team is still working on Whitelisting the emails.
