Account query

I continually have problems with pastel payroll accounts!! I am on view only mode.....AGAIN....despite having paid the account on the 2nd November and sending the proof of payment. I now find myself trying to find someone that can help me resolve this .....AGAIN....but guess what?  You can't get hold of anybody!  I need to pay wages tomorrow and here we are ...AGAIN...UNABLE TO PROCESS!! You'd think that a company that offers an accounting package as well would be able to get the basics right!! Obviously not. So I'll carry on trying...AGAIN..to sort this out.
