Pastel Payroll opens in HR and not Payroll

Good day,

We've picked up since yesterday that some clients' (4 so far) Payroll opens in HR and not in Payroll. There is no 'Switch to HR' or 'Switch to Payroll' button.

Some of them opens correctly after closing and re-opening but others stay in HR irrespective.

Please help.

Could you please advise the clients whose Payroll opens in HR only to check they have not ticked "Always open in HR" under the Utility menu.

If they have, they must remove this tick.
