Kindly note that Sage Business Cloud does not process standard council transactions or does not cater to Bargaining Councils

You can only add a pension or a provident fund.

What about Pastel Payroll - the actual Application -  that has these transactions on the Industrial council module for which we pay extra? M004 / M104 / M005 / M105 - The legislation for the new rates came into effect on the 17th of October 2022 and the rates on the Council module have still not updated today. M004 & 104 should be R 1.96 and M005 & 105 Should be R 0.71 - they are still sitting on R 1.72 & R 0.62.

Please advise?

I know we also pay extra for this but all they say is it is correct I am totally confused.
